Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must enter a full address with contact details before placing your order. For your convenience, type of products and need for industry, we offer two shipping options: store pickup and home delivery. If you order multiple items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying shipping locations from different suppliers. We do not charge you extra shipping for single or split shipments until specified by suppliers on product view. Delivery option will be also specified if its come with single option. Home delivery charge may apply based on location of delivery and type of product attributes. Under these situations, suppliers will contact or specify before shipping order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order.

Estimated Shipment Times

Min 2 business days and will be notified after order received by suppliers within 2 working days from date of order.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive communication directly from suppliers on further stages of shipment.

Items with no availability

We proudly boast excellent fill rates, but occasionally, some items are unavailable. If the item you need is unavailable, an estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you. You will be able to place your order and we will deliver your item at the date promised. If you order multiple items at the same time, they will be automatically grouped. Their delivery date will be the date of the item with the latest estimated ship date. If you wish to have some items delivered immediately, we recommend that you perform two separate transactions. This way, available items will be delivered immediately. Any out of stock item will be delivered later, at the date communicated to you. You also have all rights to cancel order for items not in stock.
